Operational Notes
- We don't log your IP.Cloudflare's edge sees it briefly while routing the request; we never store it.
- Tips are encrypted with RSA-4096 + AES-256-GCM before they hit disk. The private key is offline, on a machine not connected to this server. Even full database access to us wouldn't reveal your tip.
- No cookies, no analytics, no fingerprinting. This page collects nothing beyond what you type into the form and submit.
- Use Tor or a trusted VPNif you're submitting from a network you don't control (work, school, government).
- Leave identifying details outunless you want us to be able to follow up. “A colleague at Lockheed” is better than “I work in Accounts Payable at the Palmdale plant.”
- Receipt IDs are random.We can search by ID; we can't trace them back to you.
- Full privacy policy applies — we have extremely little to disclose about you because we collect extremely little.
